    摘要:

    以安装绕桩式起重机的自升式海上风电安装平台为例,研究桁架式桩腿齿条相位差(Rack Phase Difference,RPD)对起重机作业吊重的影响。阐述计算原理,建立有限元模型,并计算分析起重机吊臂角度对RPD的影响和RPD对起重机作业吊重的影响。结果表明,在起重机进行全回转作业前应严格控制RPD值,以保证平台作业安全。

    Abstract:

    Taken the jack-up offshore wind turbine installation platform with leg encircling crane as an example, the influence of Rack Phase Difference (RPD) of trussed pile leg on crane operation lifting load is studied. The calculation principle is expounded, the finite element model is established, and the influence of crane boom angle on RPD and RPD on crane operation lifting load is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the RPD values should be strictly controlled before the crane full-circle slewing operation to ensure the platform operation safety.
