    摘要:

    为揭示海洋环境对全回转浮式起重船海上吊装作业的影响规律,根据船舶运动计算理论,建立3 600 t全回转浮式起重船海上吊装作业运动响应数值模型。使用Ansys软件的AQWA集成模块研究该型船海上吊装作业运动响应,包括不同浪向角的响应幅值算子(Response Amplitude Operator,RAO)幅值和不同吊臂回转角度的运动幅值。研究该型船不同吊装结构物的海上吊装作业运动响应,包括吊装结构物参数、不同吊装结构物的RAO幅值和不同吊装结构物的运动幅值。所进行的研究可为全回转浮式起重船安全稳定的海上吊装作业提供一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to reveal the influence law of marine environment on full-circle slewing floating crane ship in marine hoisting assembly operation, a numerical model of motion response of 3 600 t full-circle slewing floating crane ship in marine hoisting assembly operation is established according to the ship motion calculation theory. The motion response of the ship in marine hoisting assembly operation is studied with the AQWA integrated module of Ansys software, including the Response Amplitude Operator (RAO) amplitudes of different sea direction angles and the motion amplitudes of different boom slewing angles. The motion response of the ship in marine hoisting assembly operation of different hoisting assembly structures is studied, including the parameters of hoisting assembly structures, RAO amplitudes of different hoisting assembly structures, and motion amplitudes of different hoisting assembly structures. The research conducted can provide certain reference for the full-circle slewing floating crane ship in safe and stable marine hoisting assembly operation.
