The supply chain of ship enterprise is the main risk field of enterprise operation. Combined with the business reform of supply chain, a supply chain intelligent supervision platform based on process, rule, data, and system is constructed. The main structure of the platform is determined, and the platform construction technologies such as streamhandling business model, streamhandling authority and responsibility mechanism, streamhandling management and control mode, and streamhandling supervision system are deeply studied. The contactless supervision of supply chain realized according to the platform can provide guidance and reference for the shipbuilding enterprises to further construct the intelligent supervision platform of whole field, whole business, and whole process.
