    摘要:

    研发一种敞口边缘具有伸展弹性的风琴式船舶涂装挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)遮蔽装置,由支撑框架、风琴式遮蔽罩、切向风嘴、控制系统和链式爬升机构组成。该装置可控制船体或大型结构物开阔空间喷涂过程中的漆雾VOCs的无组织排放,实现VOCs的有组织引流处理。应用该装置可大幅降低船舶外场涂装VOCs无组织排放的治理成本。

    Abstract:

    An organ-type Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) shielding device for ship painting with extension elasticity on its open edge is developed, which is composed of support frame, organ-type shielding cover, tangential air nozzle, control system, and chain-type climbing mechanism. The device can control the disorganized emission of VOCs in the paint mist during the open space painting of hull or large structures, and realize the organized drainage treatment of VOCs. The application of the device can greatly reduce the treatment cost of VOCs disorganized emission in ship outfield painting.
