    摘要:

    船用感应加热矫平系统用于解决船舶建造过程中的薄板结构装焊加工变形问题。根据基于发明问题解决理论(Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch,TRIZ)的专利规避设计原则与流程,分析授权的感应加热矫平技术专利,确定专利规避设计的目标专利,进行船用感应加热矫平系统创新设计。与目标专利相比,创新设计可提高矫平工件变形感测的准确性,提升矫平工件温度监测的全面性,增加矫平作业的柔性与效率,可为船舶建造企业保持相关领域技术领先地位提供有效支撑。

    Abstract:

    The marine induction heating flattening system is used to solve the deformation problem of assembly welding and processing of sheet structure during the ship construction. According to the principle and flow of patent design around based on Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch (TRIZ), the authorized induction heating flattening technology patents are analyzed, the target patent of patent design around is determined, and the innovative design of marine induction heating flattening system is made. Compared with the target patent, the innovative design can improve the accuracy of deformation sensing of flattening workpiece, improve the comprehensiveness of temperature monitoring of flattening workpiece, and increase the flexibility and efficiency of flattening operation, which can provide effective support for the ship construction enterprises to maintain the technology leadership in related fields.
