In view of the repair problem of damaged 30Cr13 steel impeller shaft, the feasibility of laser cladding repair of 30Cr13 steel impeller shaft under different repair materials is studied. The corrosion and wear condition of base metal is measured, the repair materials are selected, the repair technology is formed, and the repair effect is checked. The results show that the main properties of repaired impeller shaft meet the requirements of technical indicators. Adopting the laser cladding technology can effectively extend the service life of 30Cr13 steel impeller shaft and reduce the production cost.
