Abstract:During the construction of a large container ship, the special working condition of construction in the same period as the dock bottom reconstruction project appears. The introduction of two-island non-shifting technology of hull construction breaks through the limitation of site conditions. In view of the difficulties in the precision control of two-island construction, through the scientific planning and whole-process tracking, the accuracy index of the whole ship is ensured to fully meet the construction standard, and the simultaneity goal of dock bottom reconstruction and continuous block loading is realized. The two-island non-shifting technology of hull construction and accuracy control method can be extended to the dock loading of similar ships.
