Abstract:In view of the problem of submarine noise silencing, a heat exchanger with noise silencing function is proposed, and the noise silencing performance of annular rubber airbag structure is studied. The simulation model is established, the transmission loss is calculated, and the noise silencing effect of muffler with airbag is proved. The design parameters are quantitatively changed with the control variable method, and the influence rules of air cavity length, perforation diameter, and perforation rate on the noise silencing effect of the airbag are studied, which can provide strong support for the flow noise control of submarine heat exchanger.
