Abstract:In view of the problems such as high complexity of welding equipment, difficult monitoring of welding operations, and delayed feedback of welding information in sheet section workshop, the procedure flow and procedure parameters of T-beam welding robot in sheet section workshop are studied, and an online monitoring system of T-beam welding robot based on OLE (Object Linking and Embedding) for Process Control Unified Architecture (OPC UA) technology. The system is mainly used to conduct the online monitoring of production progress, equipment running status, and intermediate product quality of T-beam welding robot, to realize the real-time data collection and production process monitoring and analysis, which can eliminate the information island phenomenon among equipments, realize the production transparency in the workshop, improve the production efficiency, and ensure the welding quality.
