    摘要:

    设计一种基于工业云的钢板堆场数字化管理系统。采用云计算、大数据、互联网和物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)等技术,串联船厂用于钢板管理的工业设备,达到合理高效管理船厂钢板堆场的目的。设计一种基于遗传算法的钢板堆垛优化策略,并利用MATLAB进行算法程序编写。算法结果表明输出的钢板堆垛方案可较大减少钢板翻板次数,提高钢板堆场的周转效率。该系统具有稳定性、通用性及持续扩展性,可为船厂的信息化和智能化建设提供一种新的解决方案。

    Abstract:

    A steel plate yard digital management system based on the industrial cloud is designed. The industrial equipments for steel plate management in shipyards are connected in series with cloud computing, big data, Internet, and Internet of Things (IoT) and other technologies to achieve the goal of reasonable and efficient management of shipyard steel plate yard. A steel plate stacking optimization strategy based on the genetic algorithm is designed, and the algorithm program is written with MATLAB. The algorithm results show that the output steel plate stacking scheme can greatly reduce the turnover number of steel plate and improve the turnaround efficiency of steel plate yard. The system is of the stability, universality, and continuous expansibility, which can provide a new solution for the informatization and intelligent construction in shipyards.
