    摘要:

    为验证船体分段车间智能制造执行管控系统(Intelligent Manufacturing Execution System,IMES)软件在多家船厂的应用效果,开发船体分段车间指标采集系统(Index Collection System,ICS)。该采集系统可对船体分段车间的生产效率、车间库存减少百分比、停工待料缩短百分比、船体分段无裕量制造率和品质报验差错率等5项指标按周期进行数据采集和处理,进行指标验证。根据验证结果,可不断完善优化IMES,以利推广。

    Abstract:

    In order to verify the application effect of Intelligent Manufacturing Execution System (IMES) software for hull section workshop in several shipyards, an Index Collection System (ICS) for hull section workshop is developed. The collection system can make the data collection and processing of hull section workshop in five indexes, such as production efficiency, workshop inventory reduction percentage, downtime shortening percentage, hull section no-margin manufacturing rate, and quality inspection error rate, and can conduct the index verification. According to the verification results, IMES can be continuously improved and optimized for its promotion.
