During the automatic digital radiography testing for girth weld, the radiographic arrangement directly affects the testing quality. In view of the commonly used single-wall single-image radiography and double-wall single-image radiography in automatic production line, according to the requirements of testing safety, testing quality, and testing efficiency, the procedure design method and quality control index calculation method of radiographic arrangement are discussed.
