The deficiency of existing ship bottom grillage type is analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of the actual ship and common materials, the fastener fittings are developed, the ship bottom grillage with bayonet fastening type structure is developed, and the production and installation of fastener-type riffled steel plate can be realized. The new structure is of the advantages of standardization, unitization, and convenient implementation, but its material selection and type should be optimized according to the market development in the future, so that it is of better application feasibility.
