Through analyzing the present situation of welding quality traceability management in marine engineering enterprises and pointing out its disadvantages, the enterprise WeChat platform is combined with the original welding quality traceability flow of marine engineering enterprises, and on this basis, a welding quality traceability system integrating the recording, sharing, report analysis of production information and other functions is designed and developed. Through the practical application, the tracking and management of quality information and data during the whole welding process can be realized in the system. Under the background of informatization, it provides useful reference for the enterprises to conduct the welding quality traceability.
