    摘要:

    分析气垫船(Air-Cushion Vessel,ACV)复合材料导管支臂制备工艺的可行性,对导管支臂样件材料的组合设计方案进行优化,确定混合纤维环氧树脂复合材料-泡沫夹芯作为导管支臂材料。考虑导管支臂结构制造的经济性和可操作性,选择整体成型模式,采用真空导入模塑工艺(Vacuum Infusion Molding Process,VIMP)对导管支臂样件进行制备,并对导管支臂结构开展力学性能试验。试验结果表明,所设计的ACV导管支臂样件满足强度和刚度的使用要求,可为后续导管结构的轻量化和低成本设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The feasibility of preparation process for composite material arm of Air-Cushion Vessel (ACV) duct is analyzed, the combinational design scheme of duct arm sample materials is optimized, and the. mixed fiber epoxy resin composite material-foam sandwich is selected as the duct arm material. Considered the economy and operability of duct arm structure manufacturing, the integral molding mode is selected, Vacuum Infusion Molding Process (VIMP) is used to make the preparation for duct arm sample, and the mechanical property test of duct arm structure is conducted. The test results show that the designed ACV duct arm sample meets the use requirements of strength and stiffness, which can provide reference for the subsequent lightweight and low-cost design of duct structure.
