Abstract:In order to evaluate the current velocity distribution of current generation profile in test basin, the CFD software is used to perform the two-dimensional simulation and three-dimensional simulation of current generation profile in test basin body. The results show that the jet angle and current channel height possess a key influence on the current state in test area. Opening the current channel in layers and different current ratio conditions can meet the current shear required by the technology index in sections, and the deviation of transverse current is no greater than 10.0%. There is a certain difference between the results of two-dimensional simulation and three-dimensional simulation, but the overall trend is basically the same. Therefore, the two-dimensional simulation can be used for the early-stage scheme optimization.
