Through the multiple linear regression theory, a optimization calculation method of compensation quantity is given, the prediction calculation formula of precision compensation is obtained, and the corresponding calculation program is written. The method is of strong applicability, which can calculate the compensation values of each type of section in different procedure and optimize the ship construction compensation system.
