Taken the Hailong saturation diving support vessel as an example, the ship configuration, saturation diving support system, and saturation diving operation flow are introduced, the ship Dynamic Positioning (DP) ability is expounded, the ship stability improvement measures are proposed, and the fire protection setting of diving device outer space, main vertical zone division, and lifeboat outfit are explained, which can be used as a useful reference for the similar ship design in the future.
