    摘要:

    为提升船舶企业焊接自动化率,研究面向机器人焊接的小组立三维结构模型处理、复杂结构机器人焊接仿真、复杂结构焊接工艺数据库等关键技术,以提高船舶部件的焊接效率和质量。明确船舶小组立复杂结构智能焊接装备应用方案:针对加工对象梳理焊接流程;利用软件建立工艺数据库以实现焊接数据处理;完成控制系统设计和总体结构优化。利用该方案构建的智能焊接装备在船厂得到应用。实践证明,该方案具有较强的可实施性。

    Abstract:

    In order to increase the welding automation rate of ship enterprise, the key technologies of sub-assembly 3D structure model processing towards robot welding, complex structure robot welding simulation, and complex structure welding technology database are studied to improve the welding efficiency and quality of ship components. The application scheme of intelligent welding equipment for ship sub-assembly complex structure is defined: to sort out the welding technology process for machining object, to create the technology database with the software to realize the welding data processing, and to complete the control system design and overall structure optimization. The intelligent welding equipment built by the scheme are applied in the shipyards, and the practice proves that the scheme is of strong practicability.
