    摘要:

    依托车间现场可视化平台,通过制订装配编码规则、转换轻量化装配模型、集成模型与图纸和文件信息、设定装配信息发布规则,实现面向生产车间的大舾装可视化虚拟装配分段装配规划(Detailed Assembly Planning,DAP)技术应用。以某超大型油船(Very Large Crude Carrier,VLCC)的典型分段为对象,进行实例应用。通过实例,大舾装可视化虚拟装配DAP技术的有效性和先进性得到验证,可为更深入的船舶智能制造研究打下基础。

    Abstract:

    Based on the workshop on-site visualization platform, the application of Detailed Assembly Planning (DAP) technology for the whole outfitting visualization virtual assembly towards the production workshop is realized through formulating the assembly coding rules, converting to the lightweight assembly model, integrating the model with the drawing and document information, and setting the assembly information release rules. A typical block of a Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) is taken as the example application object. Through the example, the effectiveness and advanced nature of DAP technology for the whole outfitting visualization virtual assembly are verified, which can lay a foundation for the further research of ship intelligent manufacturing.
