    以6 000 m3 C型独立式液货舱液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG)加注船为研究对象,利用Patran软件的热分析模块,使用有限元法对液货舱区域温度场进行数值模拟。计算过程主要考虑传导和对流,并对计算模型加以合理简化,根据热力学理论计算出热对流换热系数,使用Patran软件建模并进行有限元计算,得出温度场。根据温度场分布,可确立钢材等级,为液货舱区域船体结构钢板的选材提供指导。

    Abstract:

    The 6 000 m3 Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) bunker with C-type independent cargo tank is taken as the research object, and the finite element method is used to perform the numerical simulation of temperature field in the cargo tank area with the thermal analysis module of Patran software. The conduction and convection are mainly considered during the calculation, and the calculation model is reasonably simplified. The heat transfer coefficient of heat convection is calculated according to the thermodynamic theory. The Patran software is used for modeling and finite element calculation, and the temperature field is obtained. According to the temperature field distribution, the steel grade can be established, which provides the guidance for the selection of hull structure steel plates in the cargo tank area.
