    为研究具有不同边界条件的舱壁板在爆炸载荷作用下的动力响应,采用通用有限元软件Abaqus建立完整的舱室结构模型和几种舱壁板模型。运用解耦的方法得到舱内爆炸时作用于舱室各舱壁上的压力时间历程,将该压力载荷作用到舱室各舱壁上得到其动力响应,比较各种模型的计算结果。结果表明:对于舱壁板模型,释放舱壁板4边的3个转角自由度约束、保留3个位移自由度约束是最合理的边界条件;舱壁板的长宽比对舱壁板中心位移有较大的影响;释放舱壁板4边的转角自由度约束对舱壁板中心位移的影响较小,转角自由度约束对舱壁板变形拟合函数的影响较为明显。所得到的数值计算结果可为相关研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the dynamic response of bulkhead plates with different boundary conditions under explosive load, the general finite element software Abaqus is used to establish the complete cabin structure model and several bulkhead plate models. The decoupling method is used to obtain the pressure time history acting on the bulkheads in the cabin when exploding in the cabin, the pressure load is applied to the bulkhead plates in the cabin to obtain its dynamic response, and the calculation results of various models are compared. The results show that:for the bulkhead plate model, it is the most reasonable boundary condition to release three rotational freedom constraints on the four sides of bulkhead plate and retain three displacement freedom constraints; the ratio of length to width of bulkhead plate is a great influence on the central displacement of bulkhead plate; it is a little influence on the central displacement of bulkhead plate to release the rotational freedom constraints on the four sides of bulkhead plate, and the rotational freedom constraint is an obvious influence on the bulkhead plate deformation fitting function. The obtained numerical calculation results can provide reference for the relevant research.
