Combined with the development trend of “Made in China 2025” and Germany “Industry 4.0”, through outlining the present situations and deficiencies of current domestic pipe fitting production and processing flow, based on the analysis of management difficulties during the pipe fitting processing caused by the characteristics, such as differences among pipe fittings, mixture of pipe fitting processing batches, etc., the design ideas and workflow of pipe fitting production and processing management system are introduced, and the possibility that this system can be further perfected and improved in the future is forecasted.
