    摘要:

    介绍国内主流柴油机车间的生产建设情况。以中速柴油机为例,分析并归纳国内中速柴油机零部件加工、装配、整机试验的现状及不足,并有针对性地提出改进突破点:改善车间环境、优化设备配置、合理调整工艺流线、采用模块化及集成化理念等措施可对生产工艺进行优化,从而保证柴油机的出厂质量及可靠运行并提升生产效率。

    Abstract:

    The production and construction of mainstream diesel engine workshops in China are introduced. Based on the example of medium-speed diesel engine, the current domestic situation and shortcomings of the parts machining, assembly and overall test of medium-speed diesel engine are summarized and analyzed. The manufacturing process of marine diesel engines can be improved by improving the workshop environment, optimizing equipment configuration, rationally adjusting process flow, adopting modularization and integration concept, so as to ensure the quality, reliability and production efficiency of the diesel engine.
