    摘要:

    根据合理的轴系校中计算,将35 000 t散货船尾轴承内径先加工成偏心,然后在偏心的基础上加工成倾斜。根据DNV最新要求对采用该方法加工的轴承进行严格检验,经检验合格后再上船安装。多年的运营证实,35 000 t散货船尾轴承温度一直保持良好,尾密封也一直运行安全,确保船舶所有人提出的5年1次的坞期要求,大幅提高尾轴承及尾密封的使用寿命。

    Abstract:

    According to the reasonable calculation of shafting alignment, the inner diameter of stern bearing of 35 000 t bulk carrier is processed into the eccentricity first, and then is processed into the tilt on the basis of eccentricity. According to the latest requirements of DNV, the bearings processed by the method are strictly inspected, and are installed on board after passing the inspection. Years of operation confirms that the temperature of stern bearing of 35 000 t bulk carrier always maintains well, and its stern seal always operates safely, which ensures the docking period requirement of once every 5 years by the shipowners, and greatly improves the service life of stern bearing and stern seal.
