    摘要:

    为确保钻井平台的安全性,需选择与防爆设备类型相匹配的防爆填料函。按照防爆设备的技术要求对防爆填料函进行合理选型并根据其具体型号、性能及组成装置安装。正确的选型及安装不但能起到固定电缆、密封电缆内外护套、保持设备IP等级的作用,而且可以防止易燃易爆性气体、粉尘进入设备而引起爆炸,使防爆设备在危险区域内持续稳定工作。

    Abstract:

    For the safety of the drilling rig, an explosion-proof cable gland that matches the type of explosion-proof equipment needs to be selected. According to the technical requirements of explosion-proof equipment, the explosion-proof cable gland shall be reasonably selected and installed according to its specific model, performance and components. Correct selection and installation can not only fix the cables, seal the inner and outer sheaths of the cables, and maintain the IP rating of the equipment, but also prevent flammable and explosive gases and dust from entering the equipment to cause an explosion, so that the explosionproof equipment in hazard can work continuously and stably.
