    摘要:

    为尽可能降低电缆集聚敷设时的磁场强度对舰船磁隐身性能的影响,对中压直流单芯电缆在2种典型排布方式下周围的磁场强度和分布进行仿真计算,确定降低电缆磁场强度的最优电缆排布形式,结合磁化原理分析,得到电缆敷设时与船体结构的最小间距为300 mm,该间距可使钢结构不被磁化从而降低电缆磁场强度对舰船磁隐身性能的影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to minimize the influence of the magnetic field strength on the magnetic stealth performance of the warship during cable cluster laying, the magnetic field strength and distribution around the medium-voltage DC single-core cable under two typical layouts are simulated and calculated. The optimal cable layout to reduce the magnetic field strength of the cable is determined. Combined with the analysis of the magnetization principle, the result shows that the minimum distance between the cable and the hull structure during cable laying is 300 mm, which can prevent the steel structure from being magnetized and reduces the influence of the cable magnetic field strength on the magnetic stealth performance of warships.
