桁拖渔船主吊杆及主桅支撑结构强度分析

    摘要:

    为分析桁拖渔船舷外起网至船内卸网过程中船体结构应力的变化情况并提出渔船主桅的设计安装注意事项,参照《船舶与海上设施起重设备规范(2007)》和《钢质国内海洋渔船建造规范(2019》,采用MSC.Patran分别建立38 m钢质桁拖渔船主吊杆及主桅支撑等结构的有限元模型,在考虑主吊杆本身质量、风载等载荷和渔船作业工况横纵倾的情况下,对主吊杆进行典型工况下的结构强度分析并读取其与主桅连接点的约束反力并加载至相应模型中,进而对渔船主桅支撑结构的结构强度进行分析。结果表明:在各工况下吊杆及主桅构件结构应力强度满足规范要求,同时单根钢丝绳受力时的主吊杆应力明显大于两根钢丝绳受力时的应力。

    Abstract:

    In order to analyze hull structure stress variation of beam trawler from hauling outboard to fish unloading onboard, the precautions for designing and installing the mainmast of beam trawler are pointed out. Based on the Rules for Lifting Appliances of Ships and Offshore Installations (2007) and Code for Construction of Domestic Steel Marine Fishing Vessels (2019), the finite element models of main suspender and mainmast support structure of 38 m steel beam trawler are set up by MSC.Patran. With mass loading, load such as wind load and trim and healing of ship considered, the structure strength of main suspender is analyzed in typical working conditions. The constrained force of connection point between main suspender and mainmast are extracted and loaded on the corresponding model,the structure strength of mainmast support structure is analyzed. The result shows that the structure strength of main suspender and mainmast under various working conditions meets the specification requirements, and the stress of the main suspender when a single wire rope is stressed is obviously greater than that when two wire ropes are stressed.
