    摘要:

    针对船舶分段转运过程中分段数据不健全、位置信息模糊、信息化程度低等问题,研发了分段转运及堆场规划可视化系统。该系统通过流程引擎规范运输任务的申请、规划、派发和执行流程,基于ArcGIS定制船厂电子地图,通过电子视图与堆场网格化管理,实现了分段精确位置信息的获取与转运任务流程的监控。实际应用表明,系统优化了分段、堆场、转运设备的统一管理,减少了无效转运次数,提高了转运效率,为船舶制造业的数字化转型提供了有力支撑。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of incomplete section data, ambiguous location information and low informatization degree in the process of ship section transfer, a visualization system for section transfer and yard planning was developed. The system standardizes the application, planning, dispatching and execution processes of transportation tasks through a process engine, customizes the factory area electronic map based on ArcGIS, and realizes the acquisition of precise location information of sections and the monitoring of transfer task processes through electronic views and grid-based yard management. The system optimizes the unified management of sections, yards and transfer equipment, improves the utilization rate of yards, reduces the number of ineffective transports, and significantly optimizes the efficiency of section transfer.
