In order to improve the production efficiency of shipbuilding industry, shorten the design cycle and reduce the material loss, a comprehensive profile management system solution based on AVEVA Marine profile database and secondary development function is proposed. A highly adaptive data conversion system is developed through C# programming language to realize visual modeling and parametric management of profile data. This system solves the problems in traditional profile management, such as the data format is not uniform, the visualization effect is not good and the parameterization method is not flexible, and significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of profile data management.
