Abstract:By studying the outfitting design requirements of liquefied gas carrier in terms of norms and standards, four aspects such as high-stress maintenance platform in cargo hold and tank area, inert gas duct layout in cargo hold area, lifting equipment integration design and compressor room basin outfitting design were studied. Combined with hull structure design principle & FEM analysis & ventilation calculation simulation & vibration assessment & ship construction technology etc. multidisciplinary design optimization research and application methods, to carry out the vessel outfitting functionalization and fulfill the requirements of hull structure design safety, promote a modern shipbuilding mode of hull structure as foundation, optimized ship related performance indicators and construction efficiency, multi-professional integrated design and construction.
