    摘要:

    通过研究规范、标准对液化气船的舾装设计要求,研究液化气船货舱及液罐区域高应力检修平台、货舱区域惰性气体风道布置、起重设备一体化设计、压缩机房盆舾装设计等4个方面内容,结合结构设计原则、有限元仿真、通风计算仿真、振动评估、船舶建造工艺等多学科设计优化研究应用方法,达到既满足船舶舾装功能化作用又符合船体结构设计安全性的要求,推进以船体为基础,船舶相关性能指标、建造效率最优化,多专业一体化设计及建造的现代化造船模式。

    Abstract:

    By studying the outfitting design requirements of liquefied gas carrier in terms of norms and standards, four aspects such as high-stress maintenance platform in cargo hold and tank area, inert gas duct layout in cargo hold area, lifting equipment integration design and compressor room basin outfitting design were studied. Combined with hull structure design principle & FEM analysis & ventilation calculation simulation & vibration assessment & ship construction technology etc. multidisciplinary design optimization research and application methods, to carry out the vessel outfitting functionalization and fulfill the requirements of hull structure design safety, promote a modern shipbuilding mode of hull structure as foundation, optimized ship related performance indicators and construction efficiency, multi-professional integrated design and construction.
