    摘要:

    船舶高空喷涂机器人是喷涂机器人为应对船舶高空作业研发的一种机器人,有着复杂的结构及控制系统。其喷涂技术作为船舶制造的重要环节,不仅起到了美观的作用,更是起到了防腐、防护的作用,同时也日益成为船舶发展的重要组成部分。为进一步了解船舶高空喷涂机器人技术现状及未来发展方向,此研究对船舶高空喷涂机器人关键技术进行了研究,从高空喷涂机器人的结构设计、驱动技术、轨迹规划和喷涂技术四个关键技术进行分析,根据分析对船舶高空喷涂机器人关键技术的未来发展方向进行展望。此研究为船舶高空喷涂机器人关键技术的发展提供参考,从而推动喷涂技术向智能化、绿色化发展。

    Abstract:

    Marine high-altitude spraying robot is a kind of robot developed by the spraying robot to cope with the high-altitude operation of the ship, which has a complex structure and control system. As an important part of ship manufacturing, its spraying technology not only plays a beautiful role, but also plays a role in anti-corrosion and protection, and has increasingly become an important part of ship development. In order to further understand the status quo and future development direction of Marine high-altitude spraying robot technology, the key technologies of Marine high-altitude spraying robot were studied in this study, and the four key technologies of high-altitude spraying robot were analyzed from the structural design, driving technology, trajectory planning and spraying technology, and the future development direction of the key technologies of Marine high-altitude spraying robot was prospected according to the analysis. This study provides a reference for the development of key technologies of high-altitude spraying robots for ships, so as to promote the development of intelligent and green spraying technology.
