Abstract:Against the backdrop of rapid development of digital technology, digital twin technology is becoming a key driving force for various industries to transition towards intelligence and digitization. This article provides an in-depth study and overview of the application of digital twin technology in the shipbuilding industry. Detailed analysis was conducted on the construction process, processing, and data analysis methods of digital twin models, and the benefits of this technology in improving production efficiency, optimizing design, and enhancing ship safety performance were explained. Through these analyses, the article provides suggestions for practical methods and directions for using digital twin technology to promote the digital transformation of shipbuilding.
