    摘要:

    为突破国外对超深水井控及隔水管系统的技术垄断并形成一定的自主设计局面,对应用在钻探船上的超深水井控及隔水管系统进行研究。以某钻探船项目为例,从防喷器和转喷器液压控制系统、井控超高压试压系统、超深水井控及隔水管系统布置与运移等方面对超深水井控及隔水管系统进行设计与布置优化。经实船布置与试验表明,本超深水井控及隔水管系统设计与布置合理。与初版设计和布置进行比较,优化方案解决了相关设备在钻探船上布置困难的问题,并具备延长控制液使用寿命、优化转喷器座放喷管原理设计、试压系统作业流程和节省时间、下部隔水管总成和下部防喷器存储试压灵活调换、简化相关设备运移作业流程等优势。该系统的设计与布置优化方案可为后续或类似钻探装置的设计/建造提供有价值的参考和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In order to break through the technological monopoly of ultra-deep water well control and riser system abroad and form a certain independent design situation, the ultra-deep water well control and riser system applied in drilling ship is studied. Taking a drilling ship project as an example, the design and layout optimization of ultra-deep water well control and riser system are carried out from the aspects of hydraulic control system of blowout preventer and diverter, well control ultrahigh pressure test system, ultra-deep water well control and riser system layout and movement. The design and layout of the ultra-deep water well control and riser system are reasonable through the actual ship layout and the completed test. Compared with the original design and layout, the optimized scheme solves the problem of the difficult placement of related equipment on the drilling ship, and has the advantages of extending the service life of the control fluid, optimizing the diverter’s overflow piping / the operating process of the pressure test system and saving time, flexibly switching the lower riser assembly and the lower BOP storage and pressure test, and simplifying the movement process of related equipment. The design and layout optimization scheme of the system can provide valuable reference for the design or construction of subsequent similar drilling equipment.
