    针对船舶产品和工艺设计中无损探伤检验点布置工作繁琐、容易出错、标准化程度低的问题,以船体焊接无损探伤模型为对象,在东欣船舶CAD系统中开发了基于标准的无损探伤检验建模软件模块。结合公司大量船舶工艺数据和船舶焊接工艺专家形成的无损探伤检测标准,将标准数字化置入系统,然后依据规则分析船体板架结构属性、焊缝接头几何形状等,识别出船体焊缝模型中的焊接薄弱点,赋予无损探伤检测方法,形成无损探伤检验模型。最后在此基础上,使用大型LNG船进行测试,生成焊接探伤模型数量达1500个,验证了该模块的有效性性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the challenges of tedious arrangement of NDT inspection points, proneness to errors, and low standardization in ship product and process design, a standard based NDT inspection modeling software module was developed within the DONGXIN ship CAD system, focusing on the hull welding NDT model. By integrating the company’s extensive ship process data with the NDT standards established by ship welding process experts, we digitized these standards into the system. Subsequently, based on predefined rules, we analyzed the structural attributes of the hull grillage and the geometric shapes of weld joints. This allow us to pinpoint welding vulnerabilities within the hull weld model and assign corresponding NDT methods, ultimately forming an NDT inspection model. To validate the software module’s usability, we conducted tests using a large LNG ship, generating 1500 NDT models, which confirmed its effectiveness.
