Abstract:In order to improve the oiling efficiency of large ship manufacturing main engines and shorten the dock cycle, Through this kind of research, the fuel delivery efficiency can be improved and the terminal cycle can be shortened. By changing the previous optimization mode based on the oil injection site, it is transformed into systematic innovation and optimization from the design end, pipeline production end, segment pre-outfitting end, and field construction end. Using 5M1E method to analyze various situations in oil injection, applying M3 3D model optimization, temporary pipeline optimization lofting, simulation calculation and other methods in the real ship application, based on industry standards, group and company rules and regulations, based on product characteristics, priority to form a set in line with the main engine oil injection standard specifications, with operability and foresight.
