    摘要:

    为提升大型船舶制造主机投油效率,缩短码头周期,通过改变以往以投油现场为主的优化方式,转为从设计端、管路制作端、分段预舾装端、现场施工端等体系化的创新和优化。使用5M1E的方法分析投油中各类情况,应用M3的主滑油管路三维模型优化、临时管路优化放样、滑油管路的仿真计算等方法在实船应用,基于行业标准、集团和公司规章制度,立足产品特性,优先形成一套符合主机投油标准规范,具有可操作性和前瞻性。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the oiling efficiency of large ship manufacturing main engines and shorten the dock cycle, Through this kind of research, the fuel delivery efficiency can be improved and the terminal cycle can be shortened. By changing the previous optimization mode based on the oil injection site, it is transformed into systematic innovation and optimization from the design end, pipeline production end, segment pre-outfitting end, and field construction end. Using 5M1E method to analyze various situations in oil injection, applying M3 3D model optimization, temporary pipeline optimization lofting, simulation calculation and other methods in the real ship application, based on industry standards, group and company rules and regulations, based on product characteristics, priority to form a set in line with the main engine oil injection standard specifications, with operability and foresight.
