台风环境下码头双船系泊方案优化设计和安全性分析

    为了研究大型汽车运输滚装船(PCTC)在台风环境下码头双船并靠的安全性,本文基于三维势流理论的数值计算分析方法,采用Ansys-aqwa软件对码头双船初始系泊方案布置进行设计分析,探究初始系泊方案布置存在的不足,再进一步对码头双船初始系泊方案布置开展优化调整和数值模拟研究,分析双船在系泊方案调整后的运动响应优化情况以及缆绳的安全性情况。结果表明,在优化后的系泊方案布置下,两条船的运动响应和缆绳张力均有明显改善,最大缆绳张力优化减小26.7%,在台风环境下能够正常系泊。研究成果可为今后在恶劣环境工况下类似码头多船并排的安全系泊提供依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the safety of a large motor transport ro-ro (PCTC) ship in the typhoon environment, this paper uses Ansys-aqwa software to design and analyze the initial mooring scheme layout of the wharf twin ships based on the numerical calculation and analysis method of three-dimensional potential flow theory, explores the shortcomings of the initial mooring scheme layout, and further optimizes the adjustment and numerical simulation of the initial mooring scheme layout of the wharf twin ships. The optimization of the motion response of the two vessels after the adjustment of the mooring scheme and the safety of the cable were analyzed. The results show that under the optimized mooring scheme, the motion response and cable tension of the two ships are significantly improved, and the maximum cable tension is optimized to decrease by 26.7%, and the mooring can be normal in typhoon environment. The research results can provide a basis for the safe mooring of multiple ships side by side in similar wharves under harsh environmental conditions in the future.
