Abstract:Against the background of a deep-water jacket project A in the South China Sea, this study explores a safe, high-quality, and efficient method for the final assembly of pile sleeve cluster, aiming to shorten the construction period and enhance economic benefits. By using the finite element analysis SACS software, the whole structural strength of the pile sleeve cluster is analyzed for lifting, ensuring that all lifting analysis results are below the safety allowable values, thereby verifying the structural reliability. Additionally, partial structure strength check is done on the lifting points to ensure safety during the lifting process. At the same time, the study precisely extracted the reaction forces at the weld joints to calculate the weld joint percent, and conducted an analysis of the crawler crane's disconnection conditions, optimizing the lifting process and improving the utilization rate of the crawler crane. The comprehensive application of these methods not only proves the safety and efficiency of the lifting analysis but also provides a valuable technical solution for similar deep-water projects, reflecting the innovation and practicality of the study.
