    针对船舶曲面分段建造过程中的工艺复杂和效率低的问题,进行了曲面分段建造仿真与设计研究。以船舶曲面分段虚拟流水线为对象,提出船舶曲面分段建造虚拟流水线的CONWIP(固定在制品)控制方案。基于DOE理论设定了方案中的重要参数,并在Plant Simulation软件中建立了虚拟仿真模型。通过对比分析控制系统中不同环路的仿真结果,选择并优化控制方案;通过仿真验证确定了CONWIP控制系统在船舶曲面建造虚拟流水线中的适用性。实验结果表明:在制品投入量相同的情况下,CONWIP控制相比于KANBAN控制在生产时间上提高了17.6%~25.1%,在生产速率上提高了13.6%~22.7%;有效解决了曲面分段生产效率低,加工工序等待的问题。

    Abstract:

    It aims at the problem of complex process and low efficiency in the process of building ship curved block, the simulation and design research of curved block construction were carried out. The object is the virtual assembly line of ship curved block, a control scheme for the CONWIP (Constant work-in-process) virtual assembly line for the construction of ship curved block was proposed. Based on the DOE theory, the important parameters in the scheme are set and a virtual simulation model was established in the software. The simulation results of different loops in the control system are compared and analyzed, select and optimize the control scheme; The applicability of the CONWIP control system in the virtual assembly line of ship curved block construction was determined by simulation. The experimental results show that: in the case of the same amount of work-in-progress inputs, CONWIP control improves production time by 17.6%~25.1% compared to KANBAN control, the production rate has increased by 13.6%~22.7%; It effectively solves the low production efficiency of ship curved block, problems with waiting for machining operations.
