    浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)在深海油气作业中扮演着极为关键的角色,基于某大型FPSO上部模块的建造项目,介绍了管廊模块从预制、总装、称重、装船的全流程建造工艺。与常规管廊模块分层预制的建造方式有所不同,采用了整体预制的方法,有效减少管廊模块的分片数量,整体建造有效节约了管廊模块在预制、喷涂、吊装等阶段使用的各类资源,解决了常规做法中H型钢总装组对精度控制的难题;同时设计了一种在总装阶段和称重阶段可以重复使用的垫墩工装,节约了大量的工机具、人力投入,进一步提升管廊模块建造的经济性、施工便捷性,为后续其他FPSO管廊模块的建造项目提供了一定的支持作用,具有较大的工程意义和价值,降本增效效益明显,应用前景广阔。

    Abstract:

    FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) plays a very key role in deep-sea oil and gas operations. Based on the construction project of a large FPSO topside modules, introduces the whole construction process of pipe rack module from prefabrication, assembly,weighing ad loading. Different from the conventional pipe rack module by pallets prefabrication, the whole construction effectively reduce the number of pallets, and the whole construction effectively saves all kinds of resources used in the prefabrication, spraying, lifting and other stage of pipe rack module, and solves the difficult problem of precision control in the conventional practice of H-shaped steel assembly group. At the same time, a support stool that can be reused in the assembly stage and weighing stage is designed, which saves a lot of machine tools and manpower input, further improves the economy and construction convenience of the construction of pipe rack module, provides a certain support role for the subsequent construction projects of the FPSO pipe rack modules, has greater engineering significance and value, and has obvious cost reduction and efficiency benefits. The application prospect is broad.
