Abstract:In order to meet the needs of wind power installation in domestic waters and solve the problem that the research scope of pile-driven guide frame is extended to 60m water depth, this paper designs and develops a "guide frame for deep-sea wind power pile foundation installation". From the structural stability and strength of the guide frame, lifting structure analysis and lightweight design, and in order to achieve widespread promotion in the national market, the wide applicability of the Chinese sea is analyzed. The successful development of this equipment is conducive to improving the performance and operational efficiency of the guide frame in a complex Marine environment, and comprehensively improving the overall technical level of deep-sea wind power installation.
