    摘要:

    推进模块安装是吊舱推进器安装中的最后一个环节。针对首制国产大型邮轮吊舱推进器推进模块安装难点,通过对推进模块安装特点和国外同类产品安装方式的研究,并结合船厂施工环境、安装经验等因素,研制了推进模块专用安装平台。将复杂的空间三维定位问题,分解为多个简单的二维空间动作,实现单自由度独立调节。安装平台自动化程度及精度控制水平高,操作便捷。通过安装平台的应用,使安装效率有了跨越式提升,对邮轮这类高附加值船舶的高效建造有着积极促进作用。

    Abstract:

    The installation of the propulsion module is the last step in the installation of the pod propulsor. Aiming at propulsion module installation difficulties of the pod propulsor on the first domestic large cruise ship, a special installation platform for the propulsion module was developed after studying the installation characteristics of the propulsion module, the installation methods taken by foreign shipyards for similar products, the construction environment and installation experience of the shipyard. The complex three-dimensional space positioning problem is decomposed into several simple two-dimensional space actions to achieve independent adjustment of single degree of freedom. The installation platform has a high degree of automation and precision control, and it’s easy to operate. Through the application of the installation platform, the installation efficiency has been improved by leaps and strides, which has an active role in promoting the efficient construction of high value-added ships such as cruise ships.
