    摘要:

    吊舱推进器众多模块安装中,转舵模块安装最为重要,其安装精度对后续其他模块的安装有着直接的影响。将首制国产大型邮轮配置的ABB Azipod XO型、16.8MW大型电力吊舱推进器转舵模块安装工作分解为吊装前准备、结构测量与修割、吊装定位、焊前装配、焊接及监控、焊后工作六大步骤。通过对每一步骤的工作内容研究发现,安装工作有着复杂的程序和严格的次序要求。精度控制贯穿整个安装过程,与安装程序和次序紧密关联。通过研究还发现,实现安装效率提升、安装周期缩短,可通过安装阶段前移至总段阶段,规整焊缝引入自动化焊接等手段实现。

    Abstract:

    Among the installation of many modules of the pod propulsor, the steering module installation is the most important, and its installation accuracy has a direct impact on the subsequent installation of other modules in the future. The installation of ABB Azipod XO type, 16.8MW large electric powered pod propulsor steering module for the first domestic large cruise ship is divided into six steps: pre-lifting preparation, structural measurement and cutting, lifting and positioning, pre-welding assembly, welding and monitoring, post-welding work. Through the research on the work of each step, it is found that the installation work has complex procedures and strict order requirements. Precision control is carried out throughout the installation process and is closely related to the installation procedure and sequence. Through the study, it is also found that the installation efficiency can be improved and the installation cycle shortened by moving the installation stage to the section stage and the automatic welding to be used for regular welding.
