    摘要:

    伴随着全球军事海上态势的快速变化和各型舰船的高频率使用,优化舰船人因工程被视为提高舰员海上工作效率、避免安全事故的重要方法之一,各国海军逐步关注驾驶室、塔台等舱室的人因工程设计。本文聚焦驾驶室的灯光布置,引入可视化、参数化的仿真手段,能够有效帮助设计人员加快迭代次数、提高设计质量,避免出现盲区和反光等问题。文中首先概述了灯具、材质、虚拟舰员模型等参数设置,其次分析驾驶室布局及舰员战位,最后对昼间航行照明环境、夜间航行照明环境、夜间靠码头照明环境三种工况仿真测量并提出修改建议。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid changes in the global military maritime situation and the frequent use of various types of ships, optimizing ship human factors engineering is regarded as one of the important methods to improve the efficiency of crew work at sea and avoid safety accidents. Navies of various countries are gradually paying attention to the human factors engineering design of cabins, towers, and other cabins. This article focuses on the lighting layout of the driver's cab, introduces visual and parameterized simulation methods, which can effectively help designers accelerate iteration times and improve design quality. Firstly, the parameter settings such as lighting fixtures, materials, and virtual crew models were outlined. Secondly, the layout of the cockpit and crew positions were analyzed. Finally, simulation measurements were conducted on three working conditions: daytime navigation lighting environment, nighttime navigation lighting environment, and nighttime dock lighting environment, and modification suggestions were proposed.
