    摘要:

    针对高强钢焊接工艺评定的效率,以焊接性经验为知识库,基于数据库运行环境,结合船级规范,研发了船用高强钢焊接工艺的数字化预测系统。焊接性经验包括材料碳当量和冷裂纹敏感性指数,以及工艺焊接性。讨论了各碳当量公式在预热温度预测中的适用性。再以适用的碳当量公式,考虑工件刚度因素,研发了主要焊接工艺参数的数字化预测程序。该焊接工艺评定系统应用表明焊接知识库的数字化有助于提升焊接工艺评定效率。

    Abstract:

    The efficiency of high strength steel welding process evaluation is focused. By establishing knowledge library using welding experience, ship classification rules and database operation environment, a digitized welding process evaluation system is established. The involved welding experience are carbon equivalent, cold cracking sensitivity index and process weldability. The applicability of various carbon equivalent formulas to predicting the preheated temperature are discussed. After the selection of carbon equivalent knowledge experience, the prediction program for primary welding parameters are developed. The in-operation system simplifies the welding process evaluation, indicating its digitalization are efficient in welding parameters prediction.
