    摘要:

    NO96 LNG船薄膜型围护系统已发展至第五代—Super+型围护系统,并已开始实船建造。建造Super+型围护系统模拟舱是实船围护系统建造前的必修环节。通过对Super+型围护系统模拟舱建造工艺的分析和研究,得出四项专用于Super+型围护系统建造的关键工艺,并归纳了一系列建舱前可能出现的各类工艺技术问题,提出解决方案,同时逐一记录建舱过程中的工艺技术问题,亦提出解决方案。此行为可促进模拟舱高效、高质量建造,亦为实船围护系统建造提供重要参考价值。

    Abstract:

    Super+ type containment system is the fifth containment system in NO96 membrane LNG carrier, and the real carrier has constructed. The erection of the super+ type containment system mock-up is compulsory course before the erection of real carrier containment system. Four important technologies devoted to erection of the super+ type containment system are obtained though the analysis and research on the construction technology of super+ type containment system mock-up. A series of technical issues that maybe occur before the erection of mock-up are summarized, and put forward solutions. At the same time, technical issues are recorded and solutions are proposed during the erection process. According to the above, it can promote the high-efficiency and high-quality erection of the mock-up, and provide an important reference value for the construction of the real carrier containment system.
