    在99 000 m3超大型乙烷运输船(Very Large Ethane Carrier,VLEC)B型液货舱建造过程中,采用带瓷环的拉弧螺柱焊工艺在5Ni钢液货舱表面焊接304L不锈钢螺柱,用于固定围护系统的绝热层。通过工艺试验、外观检查、弯曲试验 、拉伸试验、扭矩试验、宏观金相检验、硬度试验和疲劳试验,分析了5Ni钢螺柱焊的焊接工艺及焊接接头性能。结果表明,将焊接参数设置为电流800安培、焊接时间0.3秒、伸出量4mm、提升量1.8mm时,焊接接头形状规则、完整,性能满足技术要求。

    Abstract:

    During the construction of 99 000 m3 Type B cargo tank of Very Large Ethane Carrier (VLEC), 304L stainless steel studs were welded on the 5Ni cargo tank surface by drawn arc stud welding with ceramic ferrule, for fixing the insulation layer of cargo containment system. Performance of stud welding joint of 5Ni steel was analyzed by process test, appearance inspection, bend test, tension test, torque test, macroscopic structure inspection, hardness test and fatigue test. The results show that when the welding parameters were set to current intensity 800 A, welding time 0.3 s, protrusion 4 mm and lift 1.8 mm, the welding joints with regular and complete shape can be obtained, the performance can meet the design requirements.
