    海洋石油122圆筒型FPSO是我国首艘自主设计建造的圆筒型FPSO,通过分析船坞底部承载力并考虑船体底部结构形式确定垫墩布置;结合预制及合拢场地实际情况及圆筒型FPSO船体结构特点,确定了合理分段及合拢方案;对管线、关键设备等制定符合项目需求的专项施工方案,使分段预制最大程度一体化建造,确保关键设备安装精度,减少总装阶段的高空及密闭空间作业量,压缩了项目工期;通过对精度控制的全过程的精密筹划,使船体总体精控控制严格控制在要求范围内。方案满足项目要求,历时17个月完成了船体主体建造,为上部模块吊装集成、系统调试赢得了宝贵时间,为公司后续同类项目的开展提供了技术参考。

    Abstract:

    HYSY122 cylindrical FPSO is the first cylindrical FPSO independently designed and constructed in China. The layout of cushion piers is determined by analyzing the bearing capacity of the dock bottom and considering the structure of the hull bottom. Combined with the actual situation of the prefabricated and closed site and the structure characteristics of the cylindrical FPSO hull, a reasonable sectional and closed scheme is determined. Special construction schemes for pipelines and key equipment are formulated to meet the project requirements, so that the sectional prefabrication can be integrated to the greatest extent, ensuring the installation accuracy of key equipment, reducing the amount of high-altitude and closed space operations in the final assembly stage, and compressing the project period. Through the precision planning of the whole process of precision control, the overall precision control of the hull is strictly controlled within the required range. The plan meets the project requirements , the main hull construction was completed in 17 months, which has won more time for the hoisting integration of the upper module and system commissioning, and provides a technical reference for the company's subsequent similar projects.
