Abstract:With the development of weapons and equipment, the threat to warships is becoming more and more serious. However, there are some problems such as difficulty in plugging, low efficiency and low reliability of warship after plugging. Therefore, it is urgent to design a new type of high-efficiency leak-stopping equipment to improve the warships" survivability. First, the domestic and foreign cases of plugging, types of warship damage and leak-stopping equipment research are sorted out. Then a leak-stopping equipment based on explosive welding technology is proposed, and the technical feasibility and applicability of it are analyzed. Finally, the overall design scheme is proposed for small sized holes and large holes respectively. The research not only expands the application scenario of explosive welding technology, but also provides a new idea for the development of new high-efficiency leak-stopping equipment.
