    随着武器装备的发展,船舶受到的威胁增大。但已有堵漏器材还存在堵漏难度大、效率低、堵漏后船舶可靠性不高等问题。因此,亟需开发新型高效堵漏器材以提高船舶生命力。首先对国内外堵漏案例、船舶破损种类和堵漏器材研究进行梳理。在其基础之上提出了基于爆炸焊技术的船舶堵漏器材,并重点分析了该堵漏器材的技术可行性和适用性。最后,针对小型破洞和大型破洞分别提出了总体设计方案。该研究不仅拓展了爆炸焊技术的应用场景,而且为新型高效堵漏器材的开发提供了新思路。

    Abstract:

    With the development of weapons and equipment, the threat to warships is becoming more and more serious. However, there are some problems such as difficulty in plugging, low efficiency and low reliability of warship after plugging. Therefore, it is urgent to design a new type of high-efficiency leak-stopping equipment to improve the warships" survivability. First, the domestic and foreign cases of plugging, types of warship damage and leak-stopping equipment research are sorted out. Then a leak-stopping equipment based on explosive welding technology is proposed, and the technical feasibility and applicability of it are analyzed. Finally, the overall design scheme is proposed for small sized holes and large holes respectively. The research not only expands the application scenario of explosive welding technology, but also provides a new idea for the development of new high-efficiency leak-stopping equipment.
