    集装箱船线型尖瘦,在斜船台滑道下水过程中存在一定安全隐患。本文以3300TEU集装箱船为例,结合船舶下水状态、船体线形特征,研究了集装箱船纵向下水计算方法,明确了横梁、滑板、钢珠等下水工装的设计布置,对重要的工装进行强度校核分析,确保船舶安全平稳下水,为类似尖瘦船型船台下水计算与工艺设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The container ship has a sharp and thin line shape, which poses certain safety hazards during the launching process of the inclined slipway. This article takes the 3300TEU container ship as an example, and combines the ship"s launching status and hull shape characteristics to study the longitudinal launching calculation method of container ships. The design layout of launching fixtures such as crossbeams, skateboards, and steel balls is clarified, and the strength of important fixtures is checked to ensure the safe and smooth launching of the ship. This provides reference for the launching calculation and process design of similar pointed and thin ship type shipways.
